Dutch MC Redlight Boogie adds one track to the hardcopy of is debut album Dirty Money Clean Hands (Now or Neva records): Heat Rock, featuring hiphop legend Sean Price.

This collabo was created spontaneously when Sean Price was visiting Amsterdam. They went into the Killing Skills studio and within 2 hours they wrote and recorderd a track and Teemong shot a video on the spot.

Although his name has been circulating lately with the emergence of RocNation’s J. Cole, hip-hop producer, Elite, is no rookie to the game.

Hailing from Byram, CT , this beat-maker whose style coincides with his name has worked with some of hip-hop’s elite including Jadakiss, Styles P, Jim Jones, DMX, Kool G Rap, Joe Budden, Canibus, Juelz Santana, The Lox, and many more. With classics under his belt like Jadakiss’ “Shoot Outs” from Kiss of Death and J. Cole’s “Heartache” from The Warm Up mixtape, Elite is on his way to getting the recognition he rightfully deserves.

His latest endeavor is The Groundwork, a mixtape comprised of instrumentals he’s provided for major artists over the years as well as some bonus unreleased tracks. Recently, StreetLogik got a hold of Elite to discuss his current mixtape, creative process, and musical agenda for this year. To get to where this prominent producer is, one has to lay the groundwork for a strong foundation.
