It was fun while it lasted, but TMZ has learned that Earl is going to be on a 90-day stay behind bars due to a 2002 driving conviction in LA. He was placed on probation, but of course he violated it. In other news……

Earl was released today, (July 6th) after serving four months of a six-month sentence. He was originally locked up back in March for violating his parole on five counts. Lets see if he can actually keep his nose clean this time.
