For XXL’s April issue hitting newstands March 16, all ten of the upcoming artists who were picked for the Freshmen 10 will grace the cover. Included are J. Cole, Pill, Wiz Kalifah, Big Sean, Fashawn, Freddie Gibbs, Nipsey Hussle, Jay Rock, Donnis, and OJ Da Juiceman.

Also, be on look out March 8th for the mixtape hosted by DJ Whoo Kid that will feature new as well as unreleased material from all ten artists.

The first week of XXL’s 2010 Freshmen series embodied all the talented hopefuls of rap today including J. Cole, Freddie Gibbs, Pill, Nipsey Hussel, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, and Fashawn.
