Chicago is all over the track as Twista and R&B group One Chance join Shawnna on “Hide & Seek”. No word if this is the first single from her upcoming debut album on her new label-home, Nappy Boy, but I have to say she’s off to a good start since leaving DTP Records. Check it out.

Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges has been one of the most consistent MC’s since the beginning of the new millennium.
From the time of his first release, Back For The First Time ten years ago, all of his projects have had a platinum plaque attached to them, (with the exception of the gold-selling Theater Of The Mind).
Nonetheless, he’s been an exceptional employee for Def Jam, and he plans on making himself, and his check writers even happier with his seventh solo-studio album, Battle Of The Sexes.

Death of Auto-tune? Ha! T-Pain’s giving the famed sound-effect resuscitation with his latest release, Nappy Boy AllStars Vol. 1. This compilation features an eclectic mix of artists including T-Pain himself, Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes, Sophia Fresh, Shawnna, and many more. Considering that most of the roster have already had previous success individually, it should be interesting to see how they mesh together for AllStars.
